Option 2: Stove Top (From Frozen – Contents Only)
Empty the contents into a pot. Heat over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Option 3: Microwave (From Frozen or Thawed)
Empty contents into a microwave-safe container and cover loosely.
From frozen: Heat for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
From thawed: Heat for 5 minutes, stirring halfway.
IMPORTANT:
🔥 Ensure internal temperature of meat is 75°C
or piping hot
